Shipping Availability

We currently ship our wines to the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Please note that shipping availability is subject to change. We are unable to ship to the following states: AR, CA, DE, MI, MS, RI, SD, UT, VA.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped via UPS on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are not counted as processing or shipping transit days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Requirements

An adult 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. The carrier (UPS) is not permitted to leave the package unattended or without an adult signature. We highly recommend enrolling in the UPS My Choice program to receive real-time delivery updates and manage your delivery preferences.

Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including orders placed in error. Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photographic evidence and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Liability

Ofori Brothers Limited Liability Company and its affiliates assume no liability for any damage or loss that may occur to the wines during shipping, including but not limited to damage from temperature extremes. It is the customer's responsibility to select an appropriate shipping method to protect the integrity of the wines.

Ofori Brothers Limited Liability Company reserves the right to make adjustments to product availability, pricing, and offers at our discretion due to market conditions, errors, or other circumstances. We strive to provide the most accurate information possible, but cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product at the time an order is placed.
